Discover Pamela's Story

Pamela's artistic journey commenced during her childhood, where she discovered a passion for painting. Borrowing her father's tools, she would transform old pieces of wood or bedroom walls into vibrant artworks. Inspired by her father's artistic endeavors, she absorbed his creativity as she drifted off to sleep amidst his painting sessions. Each morning, the previous night's white canvas would reveal a radiant orange sunset, a testament to her burgeoning talent.

As a self-taught artist, Pamela has delved into various styles and mediums, seeking to carve out a distinct artistic identity. Currently enthralled by sculpting, she excels in capturing the essence of individuals and beloved pets through intricately detailed bas-relief portraits and sculptures, with a keen focus on children and animals.

Pamela's artistic creations, spanning murals, paintings, and sculptures, grace both private collections and commercial establishments across Maui and California.

In her own words, "I believe that the essence of our being comprises three components: the physical, the spiritual, and the intellectual. Through the medium of paint, brush, and canvas, an artist endeavors to communicate through one, two, or all three of these facets. Central to the art-making process is the idea of relaxation and enjoyment. Whether it be a canvas or a mound of clay, it serves as a gateway to play and construct one's unique world."
